Why GOOD SALT is important?

There are so many kinds of salts with different colors with different ingredients. But salt contains too many heavy metals, harmful chemicals, and pollutants. That’s why it is important to choose good alkaline salt, not acidic salt. The common salt is sodium chloride, but in sea salt, there are many minerals, most importantly calcium, magnesium, and potassium, in addition to sodium. These minerals are important ingredients that make brain and nerve functions and are important components of cerebrospinal fluid and body fluids for normal body functioning. It keeps you hydrated. Reduces fluid retention. Balances electrolytes. Prevents muscle cramps. Great for skin health. Improves digestion. Nourishes the adrenal glands. Regulates blood pressure. How can you use JONGBOO BAMBOO Sea Salt?

Whenever you drink water, simply add some JONGBOO SEA salt turn into alkaline mineral water. Recommendation: When we sweat, we are losing sodium and feel thirsty, our body wants to have sodium. If you have kidney disease, you may want more salt.  JONGBOO BAMBOO salt on a variety food turns the acidic foods into neutral or alkaline.

Making the mineral drinking water = water 500ml [16.9 oz]: Salt ¼ tsp

Making the saline solution = distilled water 1 Cup [8 oz]: Salt ½ tsp

 

Why do doctors say NO SALT?

You’ve probably heard of the common health warning about the amount of sodium needed: “Stick to a low-sodium diet or watch your sodium intake for better heart health.” While there is some truth to salt causing hypertension, this mainly applies to refined white table salt that you’ll often see in saltshakers at restaurants. That’s because these salts have been stripped of their beneficial minerals and only have sodium chloride, which create imbalances and disease in the body. The fact is potassium can help lowering blood pressure by balancing the amount of sodium in your cells. Good Sea Salt including JONGBOO BAMBOO Sea Salt has potassium.

Formed by evaporating sea water through natural means of the sun and wind. - Various Minerals. - Includes some Contaminants such as heavy metal and harmful chemicals. - acidic.

JONGBOO Bamboo Salt

Filtered through a unique system to remove impurities and baked in the bio-ceramic container, where it undergoes four stages gradually up to 850°C (1,562°F) radiant heat for more than 24 hours to eliminate chlorine gas, brine, cadmium, other heavy metals, and pollutant such as micro plastics. Then salt is coated with extracts of medicinal herbs beneficial to our body, making it a pure alkaline salt.

 

What’s the Best Salt?

It is important to know the difference between natural salt and table salt. Table salt is mostly sodium chloride and heavily processed. Natural salts come in their complete, whole form.  While there are many different varieties, I recommend JONGBOO BAMBOO sea salt for optimal health.

It is filtered through a unique system to remove impurities and then placed in a bio-ceramic container, where it undergoes four stages over 850℃ (1,562°F) radiant heat for more than 24 hours to eliminate chlorine gas and brine, resulting in roasted salt. Last step is then coated with extracts of medicinal herbs beneficial to our body, making it a pure alkaline JONGBOO BAMBOO SEA SALT.

It is medicinal grade and contains potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, sulfate, and phosphate, and 88 % I88% NaCl (Sodium Chlorides). JONGBOO BAMBOO SEA SALT taste good without bitterness and is even a bit sweet.
